Important Notice – Project X
All Project X items are supplied exclusively for controlled research and experimental purposes. They are not designed, approved, or suitable for use in humans or animals in any medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic capacity.
Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, and use of our products comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their location. Project X accepts no responsibility for any misuse, improper handling, or consequences arising from use beyond the intended scope.
Orders are only accepted from individuals aged 18 and above. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and fully understand these conditions.
Project X – Refunds, Returns & Delivery Policy

Refunds & Returns
Refund requests under £10 may be issued as a credit note with a redemption code. Items must be unopened, sealed, and in their original condition to qualify for a return. Requests must be made before sending back any items. Certain items are non-refundable, including: gift vouchers, credit vouchers, and discount codes; clearance items (unless not as described); opened or used products. Refunds are not provided for concerns relating to taste, flavour, perceived quality, or product effectiveness.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking, accessible via your account area or order confirmation. If tracking details are missing, please get in touch through our customer service form.
Lost Packages
Claims for undelivered goods must be made within 10 working days of dispatch, or within 7 days of tracking showing “delivered.” UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or equivalent secure services. If you choose to have your order left in a safe place or with a neighbour, this is done at your own risk and we cannot replace or refund missing items in these circumstances. Delivery to shared buildings or communal areas is also at the buyer’s risk. If a delivery is confirmed as signed for or GPS-confirmed as delivered, it will not be considered lost. If a package has no delivery confirmation after 30 days, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund, replacement, or discount.
Damaged Goods
Claims must be submitted within 5 working days of delivery and include clear photographic evidence of the damage. Without photographic proof, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 7 days of receipt, provided items are unopened and sealed. Opened or used items will not be refunded. All returns may incur a 5% administration fee, and return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exceptional Circumstances
During events such as strikes or pandemics, dispatch times may be delayed by courier operations. Orders will still be processed promptly on our end, but delivery times are outside our control. Packages will be considered missing only after 30 days from dispatch.
Special Offers & Discounts
Free gifts are not valid with other promotions. Multiple discount codes cannot be applied to the same order. Sale items cannot be further discounted.
Project X reserves the right to cancel any order prior to delivery. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
